General and Gastrointestinal Tract Surgery

The General and GI Tract Surgery service at HOSPITEN is responsible for surgical treatment of common diseases that often affect the gastrointestinal tract (the appendix, gallbladder, hiatal hernias, intestine, obesity, etc.), some glandular organs (thyroid, etc.), using a variety of specialized techniques, such as those used by the Minimally Invasive Surgery Service, the Laparoscopic Service, etc.
